Aerosoft Livery + A3XX Livery Manager not working

Hi,

 

With the new update to version 1.3.1.0 two tools do not work. When I start Aerosoft Livery, a pop up window appears warning me of a Microsoft.NET Framework problem (see PIC1) and if I start  A3XX Livery Manager tool the link is missing (PIC2). I uninstalled and installed Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x several times but I can't solve my problem. 

 

Can somebody please help me out? Or can anyone tell me how I can completely remove Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional for Prepar3D v4.x  from all folders and locations before attempting a new installation?

I have the same issue, I spent 5 hours me and my friend tried to deal with it, but we couldn't. I wish somebody would help us.
