Access Denied during installation

Installed the game on Steam after not playing for a few months. During the initial startup and last installation of the last files, I get the following error. I am running it as administrator even though I am the admin of the computer.

The error is clear, the OS does not give you access to those locations. Try editing one of the text files  and see if you get the same error.

There aren't any text files in the GATC folders, however I did try a text file in my general Documents folder and everything was fine.

That text file doesn't exist in the folder, all the folders are empty within in the GATC folder.

Any other ideas for this? I'd like to play the game.

I suggest you remove the current version and do a press order (standard order, choose 'press' as payment option, on our shop and send me the order number at mathijs.kok@aerosoft.com.
