Installation issues

Hi,

 

I was trying to do a reinstall of the A330 . I tried to use the uninstaller, but it said that the uninstall log file was missing. I tried to install it then , and I got nd log file could not be generated. Is there any way around this, or even better, any way to wipe the aircraft from the system so I can start afresh?

If the uninstall log is missing, something seriously wrong happened on your system. Did you soemhow manually delete the file?

Deleting files instead of a proper uninstall is the the root cause for most problems. Contact support as advised, they can tell you exactly what to do.
