AFR2638 0
Hello, during my last flight preparation, I face inconsistant values for taking off speed Initially, I loaded data from fuel planner. Then by using GSX, I loaded cargo, passengers and fuel. Then I closed all doors and printed the paper; No speed data specified nor flaps. Please login to display this image. Then on the MCDA, I entered flaps 1 and trim UP2.0. Then V1, VR and V2 appears on the mcdu. After I checked the tablet, but the values were different . Please login to display this image. Note that the value on the tablet are alway the same what ever the flight What is the procedure to obtain the good information for speeds and flaps and where get these data Thanks for support Jean Michel
Deputy Sheriffs masterhawk 799 Posted April 13, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted April 13, 2020 Originally the system was modeled to insert the data automatically on the MCDU. You just enter the desired Flap and then Vspeeds and Flex is filled out automatically. That’s not like IRL, but it has always been like that in the Aerosoft bus. Maybe we can take a further look into it.
Deputy Sheriffs Secondator 643 Posted April 19, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted April 19, 2020 Also the EFB performance page currently is just a placeholder. As Masterhawk said, the best way to currently get the takeoff speeds is to insert flaps in to the FMGS PERF TAKE OFF page.
