Mauri1958 0
Good morning, during the flight phase on the Airbus A320/A321 (Aerosoft Shop Nummer: 1120160018) on 04.03.2020 at 15:32), I accidentally hit my Flight Sim Yoke Ch Products joystick inadvertently, and immediately AP1 autopilot disconnected, with problems in continuing the flight. I ask you how you can solve the problem, and if there is an airplane setting that avoids the autopilot disconnection. Thanks for the reply. DagelijksGamer 1
Go into your settings, go to controls and change the button assignment for the Autopilot disconnect

Maurizio Welcome to our forums! @DagelijksGamer provided a very good answer, however you probably already knew that as you would have had to assign Autopilot Disconnect to your joystick at some point. Of course the best way to engage or disengage the Autopilot is to press the switch on the FCU (main panel). Best wishes for happy flights!
Deputy Sheriffs masterhawk 799 Posted April 7, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted April 7, 2020 Also, if you move the control a certain amount, the AP disconnects. That’s how an Airbus is designed. No option to deactivate.
