Question 1 - 3:

- Update to the latest version 1.0.0.10 via the ASUPdater

- log out from Navigraph

- clear your browser cache

- check in your Windows taskbar that the correct time according to your time zone is displayed

Question 4:

This message refers to the cabin announcement to not use portable devices

Question 5:

an option to visually follow the checklist flow. You can turn this off in the MCDU Options menu

Question 6:

Have to check.

Still open topics:

- a detailed error message would be helpfull, check the Windows Eventviewer for an entry at the time o the crash

- does the displayed time in the Windows taskbar fit to your location or is it 1hour back or ahead:

Please login to display this image.

(5) as written in Vol.1: under checklist/view focus

Sorry, cant read that file on my current machine. Simply copy and past the error message here. Should be only one message and definitely not 65kB big. ;)

To me it looks like a .NET problem. What you can do.

run this tool from the Microsoft website to check that your .NET software is OK:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30135

- Uninstall the Airbus

- in your P3D installation folder delete the subfolder ...\WebSimBrowser

- run the Airbus installer and BEFORE you run P3D, update it again to the latest version 1.0.0.10

Hi,

I did the procedure you gave.unfortunatelly, I still have exactly the same crash.

I tried to install the .NET Framework 4.8, but the system tells me that  a version above is already installed…..

This seems to have morphed from a download issue (where you first posted) but it's not really since the A330 runs except for when you try to access the EFB (problem 2). The report you supplied suggests either a NET framework issue as already noted or a permissions issues. The latter due to your installing P3D into a protected folder (Prepar3D v4.x (4.5.13.32097) found at: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\). So moving this thread to a more appropriate spot that more will see.

For the future, when you have more than one issue as the six you initially reported, please enter each one in a separate post and with a summary title. For example, in reporting problem 2, "Regular crash when accessing EFB in A330 Pro". That might seem like a small bit more work for you, but it's far easier for help staff or knowledgeable users to assist you and those with similar questions to find. A title of "several issues with A330 Pro" is less likely to attract attention from any of these groups. 😉

Clear for me now, I can recreate just one with the only open topic related to crash when consulting flight package and docs.

do you want me to do that ?

Go ahead and try but only after you resolve the NET Framework issue that Otto pointed out on Wednesday and let us know if your complete P3D is installed in C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4.

I have contacted Microsoft support for the .net Framework issue.

I was told that lastest version KB4541335 will install the .net Framework 4.8.

I run the application provided above by MOPPERLE.

The new version of .NET Framework is now :

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+
-----------------------------
.NET Framework 4.7.2 or later (only latest version is shown)

the crash are this exixting on when clicking on EFF flight package view and DOCS.

Ok, looking at the the output from ASVersionInfo you have sent us in your topic above, I see lot of Visual C++ Redistributables missing:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64)

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x64

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010  x64 Redistributable

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Additional Runtime
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Minimum Runtime

Not up to date:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Additional Runtime
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Minimum Runtime

part of the libraries can be found here, for some you might use google search.
