Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted April 8, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted April 8, 2020 To me it looks like a .NET problem. What you can do. run this tool from the Microsoft website to check that your .NET software is OK: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30135 - Uninstall the Airbus - in your P3D installation folder delete the subfolder ...\WebSimBrowser - run the Airbus installer and BEFORE you run P3D, update it again to the latest version 1.0.0.

Deputy Sheriffs Herman 1591 Posted April 10, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted April 10, 2020 This seems to have morphed from a download issue (where you first posted) but it's not really since the A330 runs except for when you try to access the EFB (problem 2). The report you supplied suggests either a NET framework issue as already noted or a permissions issues. The latter due to your installing P3D into a protected folder (Prepar3D v4.x (4.5.13.32097) found at: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\). So moving this thread to a more appropriate spot that more will see. For the future, when you have more than one issue as the six you initially reported, please enter each one in a separate post and with a summary title. For example, in reporting problem 2, "Regular crash when accessing EFB in A330 Pro". That might seem like a small bit more work for you, but it's far easier for help staff or knowledgeable users to assist you and those with similar questions to find. A title of "several issues with A330 Pro" is less likely to attract attention from any of these groups.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted April 11, 2020 Aerosoft Share Posted April 11, 2020 Several issues in one posts is almost impossible to track (and close), we will try of course but a one issue per post in the correct section will be WAYYYYYY more effective.
