And it should not be installed in your aircraft folder but in your documents folder as written in this topic:

"<My Documents>\Aerosoft\ LiveryInstaller"

It turned out finally.
You must first run AS_LIVERY_SETUP_P3DV4_V1000.exe
Then just copy LivInst_2000 (at first I just ran this file)

OK, but again, do not install it into the aircraft folder!
