EFB A320/A321 & A330 Error

Reselect the Navigraph login, what you show in the picture in the configurator is the NavDatabase, not the chart database to be used. Navigate to the EFB tab in the configurator and make sure the Navigraph data is entered there.

Yes

Also, do the following:

- logout from Navigraph

- clear your browser cache

- check in the taskbar that your PC got the correct time for your timezone!

An you are on latest versions 1.3.0.5/1.0.0.10 of the Buses?

So when you log into Navigraph via the Configurator and clicking on "allow..." in the browser, you get "You can now return...". When you now go back to the Airbus Configurator, you do not see the green "logged in" and the logout button as shown in my screenshot above?

What you have selected in the Configurator is for the navdatabase, not the charts! go to the tab EFB Settings and ther you need to login in Navigraph.

No, you have not done this 100 times as it never worked like that. The screenshot shows you are selecting the navdatabase, NOT the charts provider. For the charts you need to be in the EFB settings tab. Pretty well explained in the manual.
