AndyUK 7
Thanks from me as well, very generous. One question though, the gift includes "AS_AIRPORT-SCENERY-ANIMATION-MANAGER.zip" which contains SAM but it's not possible to activate it as no serial code is provided. Is this an oversight or are we expected to buy a copy of SAM if we want to use it? Andy L
Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted April 5, 2020 Administrator Share Posted April 5, 2020 Hello Andy, Airport Addons (freeware and Payware) only need the SAM2 Plugin (this is Freeware) installed if they are SAM compatible developed. The SAM_WorldJetways Extension is payware and only animate most of the X-Plane 11 standard (default) 3D-Airports automatically. https://www.aerosoft.com/en/flight-simulation/xplane-11/tools/2884/sam-worldjetways?number=AS14817 So you must not activate the WorldJetways Extension for Manchester or any other SAM Compatible Airport Addon. Here you find the Install-Instructions and Download Links for the free SAM2 Plugin. https://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/141662-samv2-scenery-animation-manager-installation/Greets Heinz Greets Heinz

jamlen 0
Just wondering if there is an updated apt.dat file for the taxiway Delta changes?
Developer FlyAgi 396 Posted May 23, 2020 Developer Share Posted May 23, 2020 Is there any dokumentation covering those changes? I expect a simple modified apt.dat is not enough as the airport is based on custom ground and this can't be done in the apt.dat file.
jamlen 0
Thanks for the quick response! I can't find the details of the changes, but the current Aerodrome charts show the main of the changes... https://www.aurora.nats.co.uk/htmlAIP/Publications/2020-05-21-AIRAC/graphics/177798.pdf Here's the list of all the charts. https://www.aurora.nats.co.uk/htmlAIP/Publications/2020-05-21-AIRAC/html/eAIP/EG-AD-2.EGCC-en-GB.html#EGCC-AD-2.
