hello again, i got a problem while flying the airbus a330. i already got two CTD and mainly happens in approach, descent. this making me really frustated and angry. especially its CTD upon landing. idk if its caused by other factors or the aircraft it self. So here i provided you some content errors.log, and a windows crash logs. because i dont know anything about thoose stuff i need your help to see my logs and tell me whats the problem. ill be happy to provide more files to make the troubleshooting faster...

looking forward for your solutions...
Thanks..

Windows logs (ucrtbase.dll) faulting module P3D.evtx ContentErrors.txt Windows logs (kernelbase) faulting module P3D.evtx Windows logs (kernelbase 2) faulting module P3D.evtx

oh yeah and this issue happens also before update V1.0.0.8 and after update V1.0.0.10 the issue remains..

Is the CTD happening in certain area in your simulator or regardless where you are flying? Is this something that you have always experienced or something that has occurred just recently?

So far it happens when im descending, approaching, and on final to land. I have TWO CTD so far. The first one was in america, approaching vancouver. just after established on the ils, i extend the flaps then it froze and crashed to desktop. The second one is when i was approaching Inverness in scotland. The CTD happens on descend from cruise level. i was looking at activesky for the descend data then i went back to sim, after arround 30 seconds it froze then crashed to desktop.

I dont have performance issue with my sim, i set my sim vSYNC on so that it would lock to my monitor refrest rate wich is 50hz. so im getting a solid 50fps when the sky is clear.. and arround 30-50 fps when the weather is bad.

I am sorry it makes you angry and frustrated, but unless we can recreate what you see and can link that to a bug it is very hard to assist. Keep in mind this a product used by tens of thousands of users why do not see what you see, so we need to find a specific issue on your system. That is incredibly hard.  If you find a situation where you can recreate it reliably we gladly try it. Your log files do not really help but seem to suggest an issue with runtime files.
