captdini 4 Posted March 16, 2020 Share Posted March 16, 2020 Dear Mathijs, I purchased a One Year Subscription to NAvDataPro Charts on 12th February and when I put in my email and serial key, I get a subscription expired message. I checked in my instant download section of my account and find the serial key for the 12th March 2020 subscription is the same as an earlier subscription I had taken in July 2017. I'll check database and fix any issues If you feel safer you might contact Aerosoft support directly and they will relay your data to me, just in case.
