Vielleicht kann mir hier einer Helfen,

 

ich habe Probleme beim aktivieren der NDP Charts mit meinem neuen Account.

Wenn ich meine E-Mail Adresse und die Seriennummer eingebe folgt immer die Meldung: error subscribtion not found

Hatte jemand das gleiche Problem???

 

Was mache ich falsch oder gibt es eine Lösung?

Wo genau gibst du die Daten ein?

Bei der Eingabe folgendes beachten:

— email muss die sein, welche du im Shop verwendest; auf identische Schreibweise achten

— serial am besten per copy&paste einfügen und darauf achten, dass sich am Anfang/Ende kein Leerzeichen befindet

genau das habe ich bereits mehrere Male gemacht.

Und trotzdem komme ich nicht weiter.

 

Hab es von Hand eingegeben und mit copy / paste usw.
