The only addon aircraft for FSX/P3D I'm aware of is the former Fly the Maddog Professional which had Predictive Windshear modeled and it worked pretty well in FSX so long as one had a weather engine capable of injecting windshear (like ActiveSky). We did however model the switch being in the correct positon, but this is for the ECAM messages only. One alternative is to use the Windshear alert built into ActiveSky. Best wishes.
