Hi, 

Just installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and re-installed P3D from scratch. As soon as you think all will be good in the world lol, now the Aerosoft A330 I purchased can't be updated for some reason after installing. 

 

The download takes forever to get to one point and then crashes with the message shown below. 

 

Aerosoft team, any ideas as to why this is happening?

Looks like a connection issue. According to the error message, the download could not be completed. I just checked the server and the file that's downloaded is 57 MB in size. Could that be a problem?

The file size should not be an issue with my system. I have had no trouble with any of my other add ons installations so I’m perplexed as to why this is not working. I have anti-virus and firewall turned off and am installing as administrator. 
I also uninstalled and re-installed everything and that did not work.

should I put in support ticket?
