Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

I purchased the A330 a few hours ago and noticed when going to the livery manager it indicates A318 / A319 Professional.

 

I'm able to manually update liveries but is this an issue that others have seen too?

On the purchase page is a link to a forum post regarding what is included in future development.  The Livery Manager is being worked on.
