Where you first posted notes there is no support offered in that section. Also, when you re-post in the correct section, please state which version of P3Dv4 you have by stating the specific version. For example, for the Airbus A320 Professional, the version must be at least 4.5. This helps us to help you by eliminating product/P3D version mismatches. Yeah, Herman has given some very good advice about where to post. It's very important to ensure you get a timely and (more importantly) correct help with the software. A lot of people aren't aware, but we actually developed/released three Airbus producrts, two Airbus products for 32-bit flight simulators (FSX, FSX:SE, P3Dv3) and three Airbus products for P3Dv4.5 (the A318/A319 Professional, A320/A321 Professional, and A330 Professional). To make things a bit more complicated, DoveTail Games (DTG) modified and then re-released our Airbus for FSX:SE (the SE stands for "Steam" and since they modified our software they are the only ones to handle support for that product (we don't know what changes they made).
