Torben Andersen 15
Hi As I contuniously get a cruise alt too high, when compared to the LRC optimim alt, I've lowered the Opt cruise in PFPX aircraft database by 2000 feet (-2000). But then my profile chart have strange "bumps" in it, see attached. What's wrong? Torben
Torben Andersen 15
Noone?
srcooke 360
I see the same issue Torben, the climb/descents appear in the OFP also. The problem does not appear to be related to a specific performance file as I tested with alternatives and had the same outcome.
Torben Andersen 15
Thx, Stephen - I guess no way around it then, as support from the creators is like nil. Thankful that you're around 🙂 Torben
srcooke 360
Which aircraft performance file is in use Torben, can be verified from the aircraft editor 'info' button:
VHOJT 45
Yes, v 2.03 has some strange altitude bugs that result in bizarre flight levels sometimes. I hope this will be addressed one day.
Torben Andersen 15
Hi Stephen - sorry for the late reply. I didn't expect more on this issue, so didn't follow the thread, my bad. The performance file is Judith's B737-800ERW: filename: Boeing B737-800ERW CFM56-7B26-7B27.txt version 1.00 regards Torben
srcooke 360
Try giving the performance file from AirlinerPerformance a try Torben, it may or may not improve the assigned altitude. Add a new registration using the Add New Aircraft option and check the file linked is as expected using the INFO button. Also re-enter the 60min Threshold Time to recalculate the data. Torben Andersen 15
I might try this out. Torben
