Juergen2 3 Posted January 1, 2020 Share Posted January 1, 2020 Hi, I am trying to reinstall LPMA. However, the installer tells me the e-mail or serial number I am providing is wrong. I copied both e-mail and serial number from my account download page and pasted them into the installer page (no hand typing). I can't get past that page on the installer! There are web browsers that add such characters when copying something from a web page. If there are any such characters at any location in either field, please delete them.
