DaveCT2003 2553
We are very sorry to hear that you're having some issues. What you are experiencing doesn't seem to be related to the A20/A321 code per se, but there are some things we can look at to try and assist you my friend. 1. When you ran the Airbus A320/A321 installer, did you first disable your computer security and then run the installer as Administrator? If you didn't, please hold off on running the installer again as we''ll first want to do a few things to clean things up a bit before we try a reinstall. Please download ASVersionInfo_102.7z , which is very small but terrific and very helpful application written by our own Hans Hartmann. Download, unzip using 7-Zip only (see below) and run it as Administrator. The application will check some things on your system that we need to know in order to help you, and it will provide a report on those things in a text file (the software does not do anything else but read the data and provide us with the report. You can either save the text file that will pop up (use Save As and give the file a unique name) and then drag and drop it into this thread, or inside the text file you can left click and hold your mouse button an drag to select all the text, then copy and past it here in this thread. Please, no screen shot though. While waiting for me to check your information, would you please download the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool and with this please take screen shots of any errors the tool finds and repairs and post those here in this thread. Then please reboot your system before you loading P3D again. Hopefully we can get you going pretty quickly. Looking forward to hearing back from you. DaveCT2003 2553
I'm sorry to hear that! This seems to be a more systemic issue rather than something with P3D or the Airbus software. 1. Does it occur with other payware airliners? 2. What are your system specs? 3. Are you running P3Dv4.5 with Hot Fix 2, and running P3D as Administrator? 4. Have you updated Windows 10 to the latest version, and are you using the latest graphics/sound drivers? 5. Would you please try the procedure HERE and let us know if it finds any problems? If the above questions don't lead us to a resolution then you can try putting in a Support Ticket, but since it's very likely not an issue our code I'm not sure if they can help with it, so they may recommend you reinstall Windows - but let's have them answer that one. Be sure to link a link to this post wit your support ticket.

DaveCT2003 2553
Unless I missed it, your system specs don't include how much RAM you have. Are you overclocked? I know it's normal to compare one aircraf to another, but in this case please bare in mind that the Aerosoft Airbus is the online airliner software that uses P3Dv4.5 compilers, so ours is the only native P3Dv4.5 aircraft.
