Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

A330 issue

Not sure if I’m in the right part of the forum or not but anyway just want to report an issue I noticed last night while flying the beauty. 
 

so I was in the air after taking off from KSFO and I opened FS Real time to set the correct time. When I did that the sim reset and when it came back I had no Gauges only the gauges reading Self Test 40 seconds. It never came back and I had to shut down the flight and the sim and start over. 
 

anyway congratulations on the new bus it’s a brilliant piece of software

Yes sir, it's a known issue.  If time goes backwards it will occur. On the list to be fixed.
