Aerosoft A330 no landing gears etc.

I have a problem now with Aerosoft A330, when I spawned with the A330 the gauges are black (The PFD and stuff), the thrust levers cannot be moved, then when I checked the exterior the landing gear is missing, also the engine blades soooo what is the fix?

 

I restarted my PC and also the Simulator and its still broken

As noted in the title of the section where you first posted, there's no support offered there. I moved this for you to the supported section.

Install the 32bit and 64bit packages and don't forget to reboot your system before starting P3D again.

Hi starwbs, Tom,

 

I followed your instructions and all gauges and gears works fine.

 

But when I switch view from cockpit to outside or using view bar, I have CTD randomly at any location no matter at which airport what season, what time. 

 

error view says "kernelbase error".

 

Any solutions for this?
