Sebetln

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I got on the EFB a blank page with :

WebSimBrowser failed to load URL

...

ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND(-6)

Don't know if it can be the cause, but got some unicode characters in my username.

Thanks

Hello SEVETLN,

Seems like your WebSimBrowser folder did not install correctly. Could you check the Prepar3D v4 folder and see if there is WebSimBrowser folder there. If not please reinstall the aircraft and if it's still not there, let me know.

the url is:

file:///C:/Users/S%EF%BF%BDbastien/Documents/Aerosoft/General/A3XX%20EFB/A330/index.html

I got the files in C:\Users\Sébastien\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX EFB\A330

Same problem here.

Looks like a Problem with "Sonderzeichen".

Hello xelement,

It seems like your A330 is installed in your OneDrive Documents folder. I would highly advise you to uninstall the A330 and install it to the Documents that is located on your Windows installation and not in the OneDrive folder.

The problem is that your Documents folder is linked to OneDrive. You have to unkink it. How to do so, you can find on the web.

I previously had OneDrive blocked and deleted. The installer still writes this way. And updating the version 1001 did not help.

Please open a command windows (enter "cmd" into the Windows start menu), type in SET and press ENTER.

Take a screenshot (or several) and post it (them) here to show us the entire result of this command.

The 2nd part ou your screenshot isnt really helpfull, as nobody here can reed cyrilic characters, so we do not see in whcih folder OneDrive appears again.

OneDrive has been turned off  (Screenshot2) but the installer puts it in OneDrive and the folder appears again although it is disabled in the system

Hello everyone
I also have the same problem.
On the other hand, it's good to install in the folder my documents and not on the drive.
I send you an image
