Deputy Sheriffs Secondator 643 Posted December 9, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 9, 2019 Hello SEVETLN, Seems like your WebSimBrowser folder did not install correctly. Could you check the Prepar3D v4 folder and see if there is WebSimBrowser folder there. If not please reinstall the aircraft and if it's still not there, let me know. Deputy Sheriffs Secondator 643 Posted December 9, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 9, 2019 Thanks for the reports guys, we are looking into if unicode characters on the username causes this issue.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted December 9, 2019 Aerosoft Share Posted December 9, 2019 Ahhhhhh, not the first time I seen software bomb on that. If the developer of the EFB module can't solve that, we probably can move the folder to another location.

Deputy Sheriffs Secondator 643 Posted December 10, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 10, 2019 Hello xelement, It seems like your A330 is installed in your OneDrive Documents folder. I would highly advise you to uninstall the A330 and install it to the Documents that is located on your Windows installation and not in the OneDrive folder. Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted December 10, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 10, 2019 The problem is that your Documents folder is linked to OneDrive. You have to unkink it. How to do so, you can find on the web.

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted December 11, 2019 Aerosoft Share Posted December 11, 2019 Gents, really, if you do not have your documents linked to OnDrive all will be well. We have tens of thousands of customers using the same installer.
Sebetln 0
It does not work at all with a username containings unicode chars, and no OneDrive used. I think this is two different problems...

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted December 11, 2019 Aerosoft Share Posted December 11, 2019 Again, if you have a high ascii character in your path to your documents we can solve it. If not there is an issue with the standard path to your document fiolder that we can not solve.
