EGCC error upon loading.

Hello everyone. I purchased EGCC and receive the following error upon loading. I also for reference only have ORBX TE north and south. Thoughts on how I can resolve this error? Thank you.

do you have the Plugin and Library SAM (scenery animation manager) installed correctly?

This would be important.
