haseen 5
Dear: 1. In your forum, I saw that the text for VNAV enabling is: [Config] CoupledVNAVAvail=1 But in the existing Texture folders, I see: [Config] VNAVCoupled=1 Is there any difference between those two languages? 2. I assumed both are same. In CRJ 700 "texture.HOP_FGRZH", I found acft.data containing "VNAVCoupled=1". But when loaded the plane, I don't find the VNAV button on the Autopilot control panel. Any suggestion? Regards, Haseen Ahmad.
Developer Hans Hartmann 3695 Posted November 28, 2019 Developer Share Posted November 28, 2019 CoupledVNAVAvail it is. You can delete the other entry (or just leave it be - it's not used). Sorry for the confusion.
haseen 5
Dear Hans: Thanks for replying. 2. So, you mean to say even if "VNAVCoupled=1" is written in the acft.data, VNAV button will not show in the the Autopilot control panel, say for example: CRJ 700 "texture.HOP_FGRZH? Haseen Ahmad. Developer Hans Hartmann 3695 Posted November 28, 2019 Developer Share Posted November 28, 2019 VNAVCoupled doesn't do anything anymore. I renamed it at some point to CoupledVNAVAvail to make it clearer what the entry is for. Unfortunately I forgot to remove the old entries. I've been a bit stressed out before release If you want to see the VNAV button, add CoupledVNAVAvail=1.
