tayibetom 0
Hey, I have bought the CRJ professional today and following install i cannot load the aircraft in p3d without P3D crashing. I have tried reinstalling, it been installed with adim rights, i have been loading a default aircraft first then trying to load the CRJ. After looking at the event viewer it appears to be a KERNELBASE.dll issue after after much surfing forums and trying different things im at a loss as what to do now. If you have any suggestions for me they would be greatly appreiciated. Here is the event log: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 4.5.13.32097, time stamp: 0x5d8abf93 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17514, time stamp: 0x4ce7c78c Exception code: 0xc0020001 Fault offset: 0x000000000000a49d Faulting process id: 0x1594 Faulting application start time: 0x01d5a5f48701ff60 Faulting application path: B:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3Dv4\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: 312756c3-11e8-11ea-9d2e-9c5c8ebe8ee1
Snorre 74
Have you loaded a default plane first and the the CRJ? It is recommended and helped me in that situation.

Developer Hans Hartmann 3694 Posted November 28, 2019 Developer Share Posted November 28, 2019 Please check your P3D version (in the Help -> About window). It needs to be 4.5.13.32097.
tayibetom 0
Thanks Hans sorry for the slow reply i updated P3D to this version still did not help however this is now fixed and it was a windows update that did it. Thanks guys!
Developer Hans Hartmann 3694 Posted November 29, 2019 Developer Share Posted November 29, 2019 A Windows Update fixed it? The only explanation would be that some file was broken and it was overwritten during the update. The system requirement for the CRJ Pro is still Windows 7 with the latest service pack.
