LarryRF 0
Is anyone having trouble getting their discount for the Cheyenne X. I try to put in my CD key for the FS2004 Cheyenne, but it kicks back as a bad key? Do I need to register it or something? thanks, Larry
spotlope 4
Hi Larry, I just tried plugging in my FS9 serial number, and it worked fine. You might double-check that you copied the whole number; it's rather long. happy holidays,
Sargon 0
Hi, Sorry for this question but in the system requirements, it's noted for FSX SP2. Like i dont want to use for the moment the FSX SP2 for several addons compatibility problems, can i install the Cheyenne on my FSX SP1 install ? Thanks, Pierre
LarryRF 0
do you have the download version or the CD? And yes, I used the complete number printed on the manual... Just tried it again. Still the same error. Larry
Rimshot 5
can i install the Cheyenne on my FSX SP1 install ? Good question. I'm not sure about this either. Is SP2 a minimum requirement, or does it work in SP2 as well?

markdowner 0
Yep... knocked back my serial number too. Sent a request to support this afternoon but obviously too late since it's Christmas Eve. Shame this won't get sorted for a couple of days as I was looking forward to using the Cheyenne again (and I guess we'll miss out on the 10% Christmas offer as well!). Shaun Fletcher 570
Hello Folks For the CD version have you registered your product in the FAQs/Updates section of www.aerosoft.com When you get the log in page for the FAQS section theres a box on the left where you can get to the product registration area. Try registering then applying for the discount.
LarryF 0
I registered the Cheyenne but it still won't take the number. Does it take a day or 2 to get through the system? Thanks, Larry

Martin Georg/EDDF 0
Hello, Good question. I'm not sure about this either. Is SP2 a minimum requirement, or does it work in SP2 as well? SP2 is a mandatory requirement. Please check this thread for further information: http://www.forum.aerosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=14843
