Error "ND log file could not be generated" and very low FPS

Hello,

I wanted to use my A320 pro today, but I had the ND log error window. Once the aircraft is loaded, the FPS drop to 1 image per sec!

The last time I used the Aerosoft A320 was in september, and I had no problem. Since then, I installed P3D v4.5 HF2 from 4.5, but only client.

P3D4.5HF2 installed in D:\P3D

Aerosoft A320 pro 1.2.5.2 installed in D:\Addon Aircraft

Thanks

A320 (1240)worked perfectly in september.

In october I installed HF2 for P3Dv45.

Today, I launch A320pro (v1240) for the first time since p3d update, and the error appears.

I updated (by uninstalling) to A320 v1250 then v1252 -> still the error
I start P3D with or without admin right -> same issue

Okay,

Did you update only the P3D Client? If so, please update the other components and try the Bus again.

If you're still having issues, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the Airbus (it's very quick to do) following this procedure:

1. Uninstall the Airbus using the Uninstaller.

2. Remove any remaining folders/files from where you previously installed the Airbus.

3. Reboot.

4. Re-download the Airbus Pro installer.

5. Disable computer security and then run the Airbus Pro installer As Administrator.

6. Reboot.

7. Run the AS Updater "As Admin", Click on "Configuration" and Enable Experimental Updates.  Then select the Airbus Pro and update.  The current Experimental Version for the A318/A319 is 1.2.5.3.  The Experimental Version of the A320/A321 is 1.2.5.2.

8. Enable  your computer security.

9. Load up P3D and give the Airbus a try.

Looking forward to hearing back from  you!

EDITED POST:  Initially forgot to include the AS Updater in the procedure.  Edited post to include running the AS Updater.

I updated p3d client only? Today I updated content but issue remains.

I will try your procedure tomorrow and post the result :)

Thanks

Sounds good my friend.

I neglected to put in the Aerosoft Updater... I've revised the procedure to include it (see below):

1. Uninstall the Airbus using the Uninstaller.

2. Remove any remaining folders/files from where you previously installed the Airbus.

3. Reboot.

4. Re-download the Airbus Pro installer.

Last question : where are the a320 files?

I have D:\Addon Aircraft\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional
and C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Aerosoft

Somewhere else?
