Error with new Xp11 LSGG Scenery

I have been trying everything since over an hour but I cannot figure it out...

Hello,

 

may be the SAM (Scenery Animation Manger) is not or not correct installed.

This is required for this scenery.

I had it installed but something seemed wrong

It works now after a fresh install of SAM

may be the old SAm was not the actual Version ....
