Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

I guess this answers my question if Aerosoft would be the publisher of this scenery:

Pictures are looking good though! So far all that was known was "it's being worked on". Now we got something to look at.

Hello Petros,

please do not use the preview topics for unrelated questions. The forum holds lots of better suited places for such kind of questions. That will also increase the chance of getting an answer to your question (which you have posted now for the 3rd time into a preview topic). Thank you.

Early February I'll be visiting Bari. I'll see if I can take some pictures, but no guarantee of course. I'm just a passenger, so I'm very limited in what I can do.

Also my arrival at the airport will be late in the evening, it'll be dark by then. Not exactly the best conditions for taking pictures. Departure will be during the day.

  • Thanks 1

I'm back from my trip to Bari, but unfortunately I the SD-card I had the pictures that I took on appears to be broken. So unless you know someone who can fix a broken SD-card I'm afraid I took all those pictures for nothing. I had a nice collection of photos, but unable to recover them.

Of course this is the biggest problem for me. It's not just Bari Airport, it's my whole holiday that is left without a single picture now.

did you try mounting the card on a linux system - sometimes linux is somehow "more foregivable" to defective filesystems.

P.S. I can feel with you...

No I didn't, I don't have any Linux system running. It's worth a try.
