Alabeo - C207 Skywagon (XP11)

Hello everybody,
  First of all sorry, that I do not speak English.

Last year I bought the - Alabeo - C207 Skywagon (XP11) - (Download). (at aerosoft)
I was surprised from the beginning that after every fourth start again the access code was required.
Now nothing works. The message is that the code has expired. Incomprehensible to me.
Have unsuccessfully uninstalled everything and reinstalled again. Can not explain that to me.
Maybe someone can help me.

for Key problems only the developer (here Alabeo) can help.

We (Aerosoft) don't have accesss to the key databases from third party developers.
