Hi ! I Need help!

After new install i can´t sedn the Reports and i´m unabloe to connect Acars? everthing works fine, I can see the plane on the live map and so on... but unable to connect to live Acars !!! … at the end.. sending the flightreport to my VA.. it receveid the message " incorret username or Password"... ?

 

i  think i´m to stupid...doing everthing like before … where is my mistake??

Have you placed the VA template(s) in your documents \FS Flight Keeper\Templates folder and then selected those templates in your pilot configuration.

I did ! everthing works...but no Acars connection ! 

In which case contact your VA admin, it is possible  a configuration file that is delivered from their server is not been retrieved.
