Eastern 2
Hello all, I've run into some issues recently since the update of the Aerosoft Airbus Pro series that I had not encountered before. While trying to load the Aerosoft Pro. Airbus's, I have a CTD with a message stating "Sound System Error, Mastering voice creation failed!". I have not updated to P3Dv4.5 yet while waiting for the announced update to be released. My specs: Window 7 64 but professional. LM P3D v4.4. CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 8GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000), Crucial M500 480GB MLC Internal Solid State Drive (Dedicated to P3Dv4.4 only), WD Black 1TB (Backup only), PNY XLR8 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (W-7 pro only), CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i, EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2-Gold, EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW-Gaming, MSI Z97 Gaming 7 MOBO, Intel Core i7-4790K Devil's Canyon oc.4.5. Add-on scenery: AS for P3D v4 / AS Cloud Art / ENVDIR - ENVTEX/ENVSHADE / Several FlyTampa, FSDreamTeam, Aerosoft, MKStudios, LatinVFR, Flightbeam, PKSIM, Dreamflight, JetStream, Taxi2Gate, Imaginesim (KATL), FSDG, ORBX- Global base, vector, Open LC-EU, NA, SA, Trees, light configurator, several ORBX scenery, Addon Organizer P3Dv4, FSUIPC and Navigraph. I've tried other add-on aircraft (PMDG, QualityWings) without replicating the issue. Any advice or solutions is much appreciated. I sure would love to get the Airbus back up and flying. Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted May 6, 2019 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted May 6, 2019 Never seen such an error. Kernelbase error are mostly related to broken drviers. Do you use RAAS Pro? If so uninstall it and try again.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted May 6, 2019 Aerosoft Share Posted May 6, 2019 That issue seems related to IXAudio2. I would do a clean install of all audio drivers. Will most likely solved it. It's not actually an error thrown by the sim but by the OS.
Eastern 2
Gentlemen, Thank you for your help! Deleting RAAS Pro and re-installing has the Airbus back up and running. It's always complexity created mentally when the simplest answer is overlooked and help is the greatest benefit. Please login to display this image.
