We don't actually do much PMDG support here, the best thing is to write directly to the PMDG Support Staff in their new forums. Alternatively you can use the AVSIM Unofficial User-to-User Support Forum. What I can tell you is that the SIDs and STARs for Nice (LFMN) are VERY complex and it sometimes takes an extra effort to get them programmed in so their aircraft will follow the departure/arrival.
