All our testers use beta code to test so they are almost always a few days ahead of what we release as Experimental (and of course non Experimental). This makes it impossible to test the updates fully and could lead to files being missed. This has no happened two times. That's why we are asking for a few people who can assist us with testing these updates. It just means you get the updates 36 to 24 hours before other people.
