TNCB windsock issue

I recently bought TNCB on Steam however every time I load into there, I get an error message about something going wrong with the scenery. Diving into the log.txt, I see these lines:

Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the scenery, the problem persists.

Could this be fixed as soon as possible? I'll be linking the full Log.txt aswell.
