Airbus will not load or save Flight plans

I am completely unable to load or save flight plans in my new A319.

I have reading Vol6-StepbyStep as suggested here

 

I've tried saving several flight plans (tried different providers of fpl too) to [Documents]\Aerosoft\Airbus\FlightPlans

For example I saved EBBRLOWI01.flp there and in the MCDU type EBBR/LOWI in FROM/TO  but it says NONE. I tried without 01 too, nothing works.

 

I tried recreating the Flight plans folder in C:\Users\[NAME]\Documents (my real docs folder I moved to F:\ drive) but this doesn't work either. Could this be a bug when the documents folder is moved it all breaks, surely not? Is there a way to check what folder the MCDU is looking in?  

 

I then tried to follow guides to save a manually entered flight plan but I never see CO RTE SAVED after entering a company route name. Is there a step by step or other suggestions you have to help me?
