Support Tickets working?

Hi,

 

i've sent a support request in January but did not get an answer. So i resent the request today. Although i get the message, that my ticket will be forwarded to the support team, i do not get a conformation e-mail. Just want to know, if a confirmation mail will be sent when a ticket is submitted?

thanks for the fast reply, sorry was my fault, i sent it via the Support-link on the flightsimsoft website and saw on another thread that you will get an confirmation e-mail when you open a ticket.
