Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

My Account log in problem

 When I go to shop, and click on my account, and try to log in, I get a screen that says "oops, there has been an error".  I have tried for two days with same result.  Can you help?

I am notice the last login was at 28th 2019 (TODAY)...so the login problem still exists or solved?

I noticed this error message too, it appears randomly since many month. But when trying to login for the 2nd time it works.

I got the same probem, but was able to log in on Firefox to buy NavDataPro substribtion and later when I wanted to log in I got the same error message.

Also, I didn´t receive an confirmation email, but did receive the email that a new AIRAC was available.

 

I just tried to log in via Internet Explorer which worked and have been able to update my NavDataPro.
