Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

Hello Deniz,

We're very sorry to hear that you're having this issue.  For us to help you, I need to get some additional information from you.

1. Would you please provide the specific aircraft  you've experienced this same issue with?  Example 1:  A321 CFM.  Example 2: A320 IAE.

2. Which version of the Airbus were you running when you experienced the issue noted above?  Example 1:  1.0.0.1.   Example 2: 1.2.0.1.   Example 3:  1.2.2.1, etc.

You can find the version number by running the ASUpdater (run "As Admin") or by opening the file named "Product", for which the default location is:

Documents\Aerosoft\Aerosoft A320-A321 Professional folder.   (Do not save this file when closing).

Some other things to check:

a. When you installed the Airbus Pro, did you first disable your computer security and then run the installer "As Admin"?

b.  Did you run the Configurator "As Admin" and ensure all the Configuration settings were correct?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hey Dave ,

its the A319 CFm

The Version is 1.2.2.1 stabel

when i installed i switched of the antivirus software that i use

and i made every settings as admin

hope this is helps you and

i can reproduce the scenario because yesterday in the morning i got the same error again with the same plane.

i don't know if the fmgs needs to look in other folder and maybe need special permission but it could be one of the reasons i think??

Regards for your help

Deniz,

I strongly suggest to cpompletely uninstall the Airbus and install it outside P3D. Create a folder like d:\P3D-Addon and point the installer for the Airbus to this folder.

You should use this folder for any addon that supports the new installation methode that was introduced by LM with P3Dv4.

When you install the Airbus into this folder you will end up like this:
D:\P3D-Addon\Aerosoft A318-A319 Professional

The other folders under ..user\your_name\my documents\Aersoft will still remain, as they are generic folder used by all Airbus variants

I confirm I also have this concern I think that if I press HOLD on a point which is in front of me it's ok but let's imagine I pass the point XXX that it finds behind me and that if I click at this moment the XXX then HOLD I have the same error message FMGS.DLL and I can reproduce it every time ...

This might be related to a broken .NET Framework. Update/reinstall the latest version of Microsoft .NET. This little tool will help you:

That tool didnt found any errors. It reregisters the installer service, thats all. Also other .Net ++ libs seem to all be fine, either they do nothing on  a repair or they say "everything already up to date".

Besides that i code in VisualStudio and didnt found a problem so far.

Does this occur when using the click spot instead of using the keybosrd?

There is an ussue with P3D and using keys to open, close or change 2D popup windows.
