Here's a link to their support website, where you can choose the specific section for the version you have. While it looks like you're using FSX, I can't be sure. While Aerosoft sells some PMDG products, the PMDG website is THE best place for support of their products. When you post your issue on the PMDG site, you'll need to provide more information for someone to help you. The two screenshots don't really show what your issue is, and you'll also need to describe what steps you took that led to the error message on the CDU. While you do have to register to post at the PMDG site, it's worth the support you get there. It also looks like you don't have SODE set up correctly, based on the big red Xs on the LEMD gates. Edit: changed link to the new PMDG website. The AVSIM one is no longer supported by PMDG, so the new one is the go-to place for PMDG support.
