ENTC Tromso with Ortho4XP issue

Recommended Posts

 Hi,

So I just got ENTC Tromso for X-Plane 11 (Great airport btw).

Before I installed ENTC and used the default airport everything from Ortho4XP with UHD Mesh V4 set as "overlay" and "custom dem" looked really sharp, like awesome for VFR.

Installed ENTC Tromso and just removed the mesh folder.

Basically looks like shit, likes it's using some other textures for Tromso than Ortho4XP tiles.

This is the priority in my scenery_packs.ini

SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - ENTC Tromso - Airport/

SCENERY_PACK E:\XP Stuff\Ortho4XP-master\yOrtho4XP_Overlays/
SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/zOrtho4XP_+69+018/

SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/zzz_uhd_global_scenery4/

Hope someone can help me out here.

Here's first an image without ENTC installed, when Ortho4XP is working correctly.

And here's the image with ENTC installed and it's totally not the same..

I have now managed to solve this with WED after some testing.

Easy as cake really, just hide "Ortho + Components" and "Road_Networks"-exclusion as you can see in the image below.

Save and you're all good to go. The reason I hide the exclusion for road networks is that the roads don't work with traffic etc if that exclusion is turned on as by default by aerosoft, guess it's okey if you use the mesh from Aerosoft as well, which I don't so I had to remove that exclusion. :)

Hello!

I currently have the same issue with ENGM! Could you please explain fast how I would enter the area in WED? I'm really new to this and I don't want to mess anything up.

Would really appreciate it, thanks in advance :)
