neck0 0
Hello everybody, I just bought the download key directly on x-plane.com and tried to activate the demo on macOS, Mojave. Unfortunately, I am not able to activate it and already tried to install it from scratch on the Desktop. There are no firewalls or antivirus causing this issue. Searching for a solution I checked the folder /Library/Preferences, but there are no files such as .prf or x-plane_drm Is there anybody that can give an advice how to solve this problem? Please find the log file as well as a print screen from the error descriptionl Thank you in advance, Cheers, Dani Please login to display this image. Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted December 22, 2018 Administrator Share Posted December 22, 2018 Hello Dani, may be the x-plane.app is not activated in the security system of your Mojave. I don't have Mojave installed here and cannot recreate it here. But try to check: german: Systemeinstellungen - Sicherheit - Datenschutz - Bedienungshilfen - X-Plane or english: System Settings - Security - Privacy - Accessibility - X-Plane and activate x-plane. Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted December 22, 2018 Administrator Share Posted December 22, 2018 Ok, strange. may be there is an Internet connection problem. Or there is a permissions problem. Do you have all permissions to read an write into the "Users/your name/Library/Preferences folder. With High Sierra (or older OSX) X-Plane 11 will save the key activations in this folder. Greets Heinz
