I have installed again A320-A321 Professional (over actual installation) and ASUpater was also installed again. This time the ASUpdater progress bar shows a little initial movement and gets freezing.

This monday morning the ASUpdater (version 1.1.11.0) answered something. I hope it helps.

Also, please make sure that the updater's internet access isn't blocked by any firewall or other security / anti virus software. Please disable all of that temporarily.

Hi Fabian and Tom. First of all, Tom I beg your pardon for my multiples posts. Second, I already did that, that is, disable firewall, antivirus and down UAC.

Fabian, I applyed the app you suggest and run ASUpdater after that. Nothing working as before. Half-hour running and doing nothing as you can see at images (and time at lower right corner).

I think the problem is not here in my side because I already have the same problem (see link bellow) and it was solved with a new installer of ASUpdater.

Best regards.

Sorry I become a boring person and ask again, but would there be any possibility of having in our accounts the link to the full and current version of the ours purchased add-ons? My Airbus is still version 1.2.1.0 and I would like to try version 1.2.2.0.

I have already made all the suggestions that have been given to me. If nothing else can be done, please close this post. I will wait for the future possibility of a complete download of the airbuses.

Thanks.

Not every update that is provided via the updater will also be provided as a full new installer version. The idea behind the updater is to push updates quickly out without the need to build and test (in multiple environments) a complete new setup.

After a few updates that are pushed through the updater a new setup will of course be build.

Regarding your problem: as you are the only one reporting this problem I am also very sure the problem is somewhere on your machine respective within your environment. But at the moment I have no further idea what could cause it.

Interesting. ASUpdater can not access the server because the connected host does not respond but entering directly through the browser, I can access the host. I already authorized ASUpdater through the firewall (two applications) and I did not have any results. I disabled Windows Defender and the firewall, and ASUpdater not work either.

Something is preventing ASUpdater from connecting to the server because by hand I get it. I will keep trying.

Good Morning. I uninstalled the A318/319/320/321 to do a new installation without firewall, antivirus, low UAC, etc. But as I  being in despair I would like to try the following: Install the Airbuses on a PC from a friend, run ASUpdater and see if it does the upgrade to version 1.2.2.0. Then take a copy (backup) of all related files, uninstall everything from the friend's PC (of course!), go back home and install again the Airbuses on my PC, and copy the files from the backup overlaying the installed originals files. Any chance of thist working?

By the way, is there a limited number of installations for Airbuses? I do not want to be harmed by this.

Thanks.

No, you can install it as often as you like.

As for the updater: something is blocking your access to the AS server. The updater is using a simple http-Request to download the update, so it shouldn't be blocked by any firewall. I'm a bit out of ideas here.

The updater needs get some informations in my system about the installed versions, isn't? And the updater also needs to have update access to my system, isn't? I will take a look in the users permissions to access my files.

The problem is with my files in my system. ASUpdater beginning to run after I did some things here.

Could some developer tell me which folders (and files) ASUpdater was looking for when send the messages about folders not found?
