jpollock60 0
Not sure if this has been reported yet or not. But it seems each time I click the Terrain button on the map, it will attempt to load with 'Loading terrain textures' in the status bar but crashes with PFPX has stopped working. If this is the correct file, the Terrain.db is present in the Public Documents folder. I am using v2.03 on Win 7 x64, under a remote session. Please login to display this image. srcooke 422
Have you tried switching to low resolution textures in the Configuration\Customize tab.
jpollock60 0
Just tried to switch it to Low, as well as under admin mode. Got the same error window.
srcooke 422
And if you run PFPX directly on the PC and not from a remote session ?
jpollock60 0
I can, but that will take a day or so. I will let you know what the result is.
srcooke 422
It may be useful to check the windows event log Joe should the issue remain.
jpollock60 0
Okay, so that was the issue. The error will come up when in an RDP session, but if you are logged in locally at the computer the error will not come up.
Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted December 25, 2018 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted December 25, 2018 This is not generally true as I use PFPX quite a lot from remote without any problems.
