Please right click the file:

  • C:\Windows\system32\VCRUNTIME140.dll 

open its properties and post a screenshot of the details pages here.

Can you post a fresh screenshot of the "details" page (like above) again, please?

I am asking for it, as my copy of this file has a slightly different timestamp and file size, although I used the same installer.

I can't tell why, but my version still differs from yours.

I have just re-installed my version from the latest Microsoft download and I still see that difference to yours.

 

Please uninstall your current version of the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017" (both versions), then download and install the latest version of the "vc_redist.x64.exe" file from here:
