I tried to enter the departure arrival airports and I get a notice that the arrival airport, KTPA is not in the database. and it asks for the lat long etc.

Tampa International is a large airport and I find it hard to believe it would not be in the data base.

Could you explain the whole data base thing?

OK, to explain a bit in detail:

Database provider: as we use a real world navdatabase, the Airbus will be shipped with a database valid at the time of its release, which was autumn 2015. Aerosoft gets the database from Lufthansa Systems.

Cycle: the navdatabase is being update every month, thats what is called cycle and your Airbus came with cycle 1511, means November 2015.

Why do you not see KTPA:

You have to set database as first database via the MCDU; also make sure that in the Airbus Configurator you have choosen NavdataPro as provider.
