ILS without auto pilot or FD Boeing 737

Hi, I have properly selected my STAR, Approach and Transition to fly from LFMN to LFML. I am getting all necessary infos in the FMC (course, altitude and speed) waypoint by waypoint in order to land properly. I would like now to activate the ILS but WITHOUT activating the auto pilot or flight director, I want to have a 100% manual flight until landing. But I would like to get the guidance in the main flight instrument (increase speed/decrease speed or too high too low..) for speed and altitude when I am getting close to the runway. Can anybody let me know how I can do this without auto pilot or FD. When I am looking videos about ILS they all explain how to land with autopilot or FD... I want to remain manual all the time...
