Pitch Trim not worling

I am having a problem with the Pitch trim wheel is not working and I can't  set the trim for taking off  

anyone can help me, please.

1. did you try to set trim with mouse wheel, and/or left/right click?

2. if that does not work, try setting KEYS using the P3D menu to elevator trim, and see if that works. Please set something other then numeric keys, those are tricky for testing.

by turning the wheel with the mouse or by clicking did not work.

the second suggestion sorry I do not understand it.

 let me tell you a small secret I have both P3D and in both, I have the same problem with the trim wheel. Is that strange or not.

In the pricture, you can set some KEYS to control ELEVATOR TRIM, if those work, there's something with your control settings.

 

Maybe a FSUIPC issue? Did you make any changes via FSUIPC to flight controls?

Make sure no AP mode is active as well.
